The FM200(HFC-227ea) fire extinguishing system is a common gas fire extinguishing system consisting of a fire extinguisher bottle group, high-pressure hose, fire extinguishing agent check valve, starting bottle group, safety relief valve, selector valve, pressure signaler, nozzle, high-pressure pipeline, high-pressure pipe fittings, etc. The system uses HFC-227ea as the fire extinguishing agent and transfers it to the fire area through the pipe network to achieve rapid fire suppression.
FM200 fire extinguishing system can be divided into three types according to pressure levels: 2.5Mpa, 4.2 Mpa and 5.6Mpa, and can be divided into various specifications according to the volume of the fire extinguishing agent bottle group: 70L, 90L, 100L, 120L, 150L, 180L and so on.
FM200 fire extinguishing agent has the advantages of high fire extinguishing efficiency, no pollution, non-conductivity, small storage space, and low working pressure of pipe network, which is suitable for the protection of electronic equipment, cultural relics, and valuable items. The operation modes of the HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system for the pipe network include automatic start, electrical manual start, and mechanical emergency manual start. In the automatic start mode, the fire alarm detector automatically detects the protected area and gives an alarm. When the set threshold is reached, the fire extinguishing device will be automatically activated to extinguish the fire. In the electrical manual start mode, a human operator is required to control the switch to activate the fire extinguishing device. In the mechanical emergency manual start mode, a manual operator is required to activate the starter to activate the fire extinguishing device.
